I didn't receive the Sustainable Entrepreneur award 2023 from Womenpreneur Initiative, but I'm proud to have made it to the top 3 finalists out of 170 nominees.
I return with a sense of recognition for my work and approach, beautiful encounters, and wonderful friends :)
In a context of overconsumption, material scarcity, and excessive pollution, it is essential and urgent to create with the materials already present, the 'waste,' and other resources that surround us, if we can see it as potential.
I am aware that I won't change the world with a rescued piece of furniture or a recycled panel for my marquetry, but it's not the world I aim to change; it's the ideas and values I wish to convey.
Before any action, there is an idea, and it is with ideas that the world can change. I contribute to this change by adding my drop to the ocean and doing my part as a Hummingbird.
